Hello,
I could use some help with this issue. I'll do my best to explain. I have a iMac, 2.66 Ghz, Core i5 with 12Gb ram and 300+ Gb of memory available. I have Plex Version 0.9.16.6 and remote access is active. I am trying to watch a 1080p mkv stored on the iMac's own harddrive through the PMS and continually get the following error:
"Your connection to the server is not fast enough to stream this video. Check your network or try a lower quality."
I've been trying to use plex on a Vizio TV, through the plex app for Vizio, but am having the same issue. After a lot of swearing and reconfiguration of my network, I finally realized I can't even watch videos on the server computer (the iMac). The iMac is wired directly to the router via new Cat6 cable, which is then wired directly to the TV via new Cat6 cable. I have 25 Gb internet and the router that has gigabit ethernet.
Attached are the logs (the right ones I hope), for the server (regular and verbose).
Please ask help! This is pretty frustrating...
