I looked up a few trouble shooting pages on this but wasn't finding an answer.
On a Mac and I can easily open the plex media server app, which connects me and then I can select "Media Manager".
I can see my library and see that I am signed into my account (even logged out and back in).
But when navigating to my "settings" , then "Server", "general".. I see that I am not signed into the server.
This hasn't been an issue before, but I typed in the same info I use to sign into the account, but am only getting a message "There was a problem signing into Plex".
Not sure why I can log into my account and use the same information to log into the server and its seems to be having an issues that it didn't have before.
As far as Im aware, nothing has changed since I could last sing into the server (no anti-virus software running, same router and setting, etc.)
