Can i change the IP Adress from my NAS without issues?

Hi,
first of all sorry for my bad english, its not my native language.
I´m new in the Plex Scene and it is awesome. Im running the Plex Server on a MacMini, my mediafiles are on a Synology NAS. Because i have bought a new router i must give the NAS a new IP Adress. Can i make these without any issues?
