'Server Could Not Be Found'

Hi,
I recently decided to ditch my WD MyCloud / Plex due to the hardware really not being up to the job. I installed Plex server software on my Windows 10 pc, added the libraries but can I find the server from a remote device on the same network? Nope :-(

I'm hoping it's just something dumb I have done. The Plex server is on 192.168.1.66, my laptop (Wireless connection) is on 192.168.1.52. My router is on 192.168.0.10.

Unfortunately whilst I'm okay with Windows my network knowledge is pretty rubbish. I can apparently log on with http://192.168.1.66:32400/web but still get the 'Server Could Not Be Found' error. Could this be to do with the fact that at the time of writing this the Plex server is updating the libraries and therefore too busy to connect? It's loading about 60,000 media files (most of which are just mp3 but about 300-400 video movies). The pc is an i5 Quad with 16gb ram so I'd doubt if it was the pc.

I can ping the PC/Plex server from my laptop (wireless), does anyone have any ideas here please?

Many thanks in advance,
StressedDad
