Cloud Sync not Working with Amazon Drive

I have been a Plex Pass member for a while now. I like paying for such an amazing application. However, I have yet to figure out what is going on with Cloud Sync uploading. This is a feature that (for me at least) was rock solid for a good while. I tell Plex to upload something, it uploads it, I can view it anywhere. Amazing.

Lately, this hasn't worked. Some files upload and appear in Amazon Drive. Some files never appear, no matter how long I wait for them to. When they don't appear, they just stay at the "waiting for upload" status but Plex doesn't seem to retry them at all. I don't know if it does, I cannot find a log file that pertains to Cloud Sync (you'd think there would be one).

At this point, I'm not sure what to do. I called Amazon who also cannot figure out why videos are not showing up, according to them even though videos are being processed after upload, they should appear in my Drive as files even while processing. Amazon directed me to contact the developers / support for Plex. I have very limited storage on DropBox and Google Drive, but considering all the media hype about "Plex Partners with Amazon!" I really would like this feature to work as advertised. So, because I know that you need help to diagnose this, I'd like to know how I can help diagnose this.
