Server Settings are unavailable

I am unable to connect to my Plex Server from any client and when I try to check the settings on the server I am notified that "Server settings are unavailable""

I am using the latest versions of Plex Server and Media Player and on OSX 10.12.1 sierra

Any advice? If not, how do I completed remove and reinstall plex server?
