Transcoder causing trouble

Hi guys,

I have a Mac Mini(8gb) with PMS installed on it, and its also where I run my PHT on directly to the TV via HDMI.

Its been my setup for years and its worked great. I can usually have 4-5 sessions going at once. Both on my own devices and the users I share my library with, without my CPU having to big a sweat.

But since earlier today when I tried switching RAM on the Mini it´s maxing out between 2-300% on just 1 or 2 streams, and basically making the video stutter.
Even though its just direct playing to my TV its still eating about 150% CPU constantly all throughout the show, its not spiking in incriments like most are used to. I switched back to the old ram, hoping that would fix the issue, but it seems to be persisting, and just watching a show, it will be at 150% all the way though the show, it never dies down to a less than that, and again makes the video stutter.

Do anyone have any idea what could be going on? Its not the usual suspects of sync gone haywire(no users can sync, and I have nothing syncing, checked the logs already). I have no generation of media/thumbnails activated, so its not that either.

I have attached logs, dont know if that will help.
