Movie files occasionally showing up with their Title set to the filename

Hey all,

Sometimes, every once in a while, a movie will detect the right title, and will match, pull in the right summaries and whatnot, but the title still shows as the filename, for example:

Men.In.Black.1997.720p.BluRay.H264.AAC-RARBG

Oddly, if I unmatch it/rematch it, for a brief moment it shows the right thing, and then goes back to crazy town.
