Mystery emails from fjxtmfic in Korean?

I'm receiving a lot of emails in a font I can't read.
I don't recognise the sender.

The screen shot doesn't pick up the character set either.

Does anyone else get these and are they genuine?

How do I stop them as I don't understand the language?
