So I have a Home Movies Library on my Plex media server, under it i have my media divided into different folders (Family Movies, Vacation Movies, etc) and I use folder view to browse them. When all the files get dropped into the folders they have the default movie file names given to them by the camera. I fix this by going into Plex editing the data with the lock icon turned on on all the edits I have made.
Here's where the problem comes in, if I drop a new movie in let's say the vacation movies folder and update the library. After Plex has completed it's scan it reverts ALL the titles of movies in the vacation folder back to the original filename, even though that should be locked.
The server is running on an iMac, El Capitan (though it was happening on Yosemite too). Any help would be appreciated.
