How to watch photos stored in Apple Photo

Hello,
Being a Mac El Capitain user, I store all my photos under Apple Photo.

I have just bought a Qnap TS-251+ NAS and I would like to share my photos in my local network using Plex.

Has anyone managed to do that? What shall I do?
