Optimise Home Movies with 576 Video resolution doesn't show the optisimed version

Hello.
I have been working through my home movie files and optimising them for tv.
When the original has a 576 video resolution it shows that it's being optimised, however the indicator on the 'poster' screen doesn't appear with "2" and if I click on 'optimise' again it says the "file exists". It's not in the file with others and the data remains the same.
When "Info" is clicked on it shows just the one version.

This is the 576 example -![](http://cd8ba0b44a15c10065fd-

And this is the result with other files such as 720 Video resolution -

The optimised version does not appear.

Also on my iMac with OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.2, the HTML option only shows a blank screen, hence I have to post screen shoots.

Are these issues both bugs?
