Plex Server only streaming movies for 33-34 seconds before buffering/stopping

I have several friends whom have attempted to stream movies from my server and up until recently didn't have any issues.

Now, I can say consistently across the board (various different clients from Chromecast, iPhone, AppleTV, etc), they'll be able to stream for 33 or 34 seconds at which point it will buffer and PMS simply stops streaming the movie.

I'm running PlexWatch so I know this behavior is consistent over the past month with all my friends and the amount of time for which they're able to stream is noted in the emails I receive from the PlexWatch app.

Based on what I've read in the past, 33-34 seconds seems to be the memory buffer in place for every movie so it seems that once PMS is past this point, it is simply unable to transcode/direct play the movie.

Anyone else notice this issue ?
