PlexApp / Plex Server Usage Logs

Hello. I would like to know if it is possible to read a log somewhere that will depict the server usage for a particular user or maybe a tool that can be added on to show server usage? Specifically, I would like to be able to determine (not necessarily real time) when a user was connected and for how long they connected for, possibly some bandwidth usage data? I have shared my Plex server with several friends and some of them complain about latency or shuttering problems, so I would like to be able to troubleshoot this somehow and logs would be my best shot I believe.
