Total number of movies in directory doesn't match what Plex says

I am starting to go through and rip my personally owned DVD's and Blu Ray's and put them into my library.

I just noticed that Plex says I have 392 movies, yet there are 395 items in that directory.

I was previously on version 0.9.12, but just upgraded to 0.9.14 today and still have the same problem.

If I run the command line, it tells me 395. I was hoping to parse through that and see the difference but since that number matches what I see in directory it wont' work.

I've tried to refresh the library several times. In fact, I added a couple of movies today, and the number increased.

Any idea?

This is me looking at the total number of items in that library:

/Applications/Plex\ Media\ Server.app/Contents/MacOS/Plex\ Media\ Scanner --tree --section 13 | grep "\ Part\:" | wc -l
     395

This is me looking at the total number of items in that directory:

$ ls /Volumes/Data/Media-Server/Movies/ | wc -l
     395

This is what I see when I look at Plex:
