Apple media

Hi,

i downloaded some movies with iTunes and Plex can see them but they won't play, do i still have to convert or rip them? The extension is .m4v

I have another problem according to de audio files i download with iTunes, these files aren't even visible in Plex, same problem? The extension is .m4p
