I am having an issue with a specific movie that was added to my library. It shows up in the library but when I click on it to view the metadata information, I receive a "Media Not Found" error. This happens with a web browser (Chrome) and also causes the tvOS client to just spin while "Loading". Interestingly, the current iOS client serves it up without any issues.
I am seeing "[0x700001177000] ERROR - Soci Exception handled: Cannot convert data to std::tm." in the log files when that movie is selected. I did some digging in the forums here, and it does seem like I have some bad data in the PMS database. I did try to manually update the database about a month ago to clean up a mess I had from auto-created collections so I'm not sure if that exercise may have led to this.
When i look at the originally_available_at field of the metadata_items table for this movie, the data looks to be properly formatted. There were some entries for other movies that looked improperly formatted but I'm not adept enough to query for these and correct them.
Can someone please advise how best I can correct this without restarting with a clean DB?
