A movie will not show up!

Hello,

There's a specific movie (The Dark Knight Rises) that will not show up on Plex.
It used to be shown, but after some update it disappeared.

I also update the dir and file name to:

Movies/The Dark Knight Rises (2012)/The Dark Knight Rises (2012).mp4

but nothing. I even re-downloaded the movie all over.
I updated the plea movie library. This movie will never show up.
I suspect this cannot be the only movie that doesn't show up, there should be others too.

Any ideas?
