Hey guys, long time Plex user and I recently purchased Plex Pass. I tried to enable Trailers and Extras but I just can't get it to show up. The trailer icon will not show on the left sidebar and it seems like no movies show extras at the bottom of the page.
I already tried everything on this page:

BTW - I also just did a force refresh and still nothing
