Hi Folks,
During a recent upgrade to latest and greatest Plex version on my MacMini, one or several of my movies got combined into one album art cover and is showing a #2 (3,4...whatever) in the upper left hand corner of the movie cover art.
After some digging around, I found in the forums and elsewhere online it is when a movie has a duplicate name. However, this is not the case with mine, unless there are some characters not being recognized in the naming convention.
My problem in particular is with the 1966 version of 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas!' and the 2000 version of 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas'. There is a "!" in the 1966 version.
How do I get them to be shown as two separate, different movies?
In the web player, I can select "..." more info and play one of the "versions", but the iPhone app does not allow this selection from what I can see.
1996 Version - /Volumes/Multimedia/iTunes Library/iTunes Media/Movies/How the Grinch Stole Christmas!/How the Grinch Stole Christmas! (HD).m4v
2000 Version - /Volumes/Multimedia/iTunes Library/iTunes Media/Movies/How the Grinch Stole Christmas/How the Grinch Stole Christmas.m4v
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a few movies doing this now.
If any other info is needed, please let me know and I can provide.
Thanks in advance!!!
