Despite Plex correctly showing the contents of my iTunes library, album artwork, playlists etc. none of the tracks will actually play. Clicking a track produces no result, and if the track is part of an album, then Plex will just skip through the remaining track titles on the album without playing anything.
Clicking the ellipsis ("…") to the right of the track title and choosing "Info" from the dropdown results in the track title and artwork disappearing, but when you dismiss the Info window the track will now play. This change is not preserved across server restarts.
Someone else reported this in the forums several months ago but has not received any acknowledgement of the problem. This renders Plex unusable as a music server, so can we please get an official word on this issue?
