What's Up Plex Ninjas?
Now, before anyone jumps me and says to check the help pages or run a forum search for the same problem; been there, done that and I'm freakin stumped here folks. Everything was running all well and good with PMS and being able to stream while at work on my lunch breaks, and then it wasn't so good anymore. Suddenly, my server is giving me the dreaded "Not available outside my network" hoopla. I've had this error happen numerous times and it was typically an easy fix by power cycling the gateway (Xfinity XB3 Gateway) or going into the gateway and turning port forwarding off, then back on. Sadly, neither of those options are working any longer. I'm running PMS from my iMac directly to the Gateway over a Cat6 cable, no hub or router between devices. Can someone PLEASE help me figure out WTF is going on here? I appreciate it.
