I just got a new MacBook (2017) to replace a Mac Mini. I cannot get media server to run while the lid is closed. I have tried Amphetamine but it still goes to sleep and stops the server running and playback stops on my AppleTV. Checking the small print it says it will not work with the lid closed when running an app downloaded from the app store. Does anyone have a definitive app that will absolutely work with Sierra?
