Content Unavailable, On Network, remote or frankly ANYTIME.

I have Plex Pass, installed on a Mac Pro, 8 Core. I have all my movies and files on an External My Cloud Drive connected to my Router via Ethernet Cat5. No matter the time, just random, the Plex server seems to be working yet files are constantly unavailable. I can access the WD Cloud Drive fine, from both inside and outside the house. So the drive is running, files are there and can be accessed fine.

Plex will stat normally, no problems. I can see all my files easily but none are "available". I can access the Plex app, and from a laptop inside the house. All still Unavailable. I have the IP address for local correct, and Plex says the server is running with no issues. Remote access is fully available and green.

After paying for Plex Pass, this is getting a bit old, but I have to restart the computer, router, drive and everything in order for anything to connect weekly. Just not sure why their is an issue.

Router: Netgear C6300 Wifi on 5G 150mb w/ Comcast
Comp: Mac Pro Nehalem 8 core, 32 GB Ram
Drive: WD My Cloud 4TB drive
