Not available outside your network error

Hey guys,

Fairly new user to Plex, signed up for lifetime cause this is a great solution to store kids stuff while on the road with an old iPad. Lately, I noticed that every time i log in via RDP on the server that is hosting Plex, I see the error "Not available outside your network" on my server's status. I would hit retry and it would connect fine. I thought perhaps it was a UI thing, but I tested while at work and nope, was unable to connect to my server or have a status of "indirect". Got home and i would do the same thing again with a retry and it tells me is connected.

It seems like Plex is just dropping and staying in that state for my server until I manually retry the connection. I have attempted numerous things and looked every where for an answer. I checked Windows 10 Firewall, my FiOS router settings, uPnP is enabled and even disabled AdBlock Plus. Logged in just now via RDP and again, it was "Not available outside your network".

Is there a setting somewhere to set it to retry on its own or does it just not play well with certain things like updating library or run it via RDP? Any help would be great.
