Hi All
I recently had to move my Plex server from a windows machine to OS X based (after fatal windows crash). Technically it's a Hackintosh (used the same hardware) running OS X 10.11.6. It is otherwise performing perfectly.
Installed Plex 1.3.X.XXXX (sorry can't check now) and all was working well - but last night discovered that remote access was not working on that version. I had this issue on Windows for a while - and had rolled back to an earlier version of Plex Server to overcome (but don't have access to an earlier version of OS X to try that).
I've tried the usual - UPnP was off, tried it on in OS X - no luck - so is back off. Manual port forward set up to 32400 in server and on router. No Double NAT issue (have used trouble shooting to check). I have restarted Plex, router and the computer and remote access momentarily appeared then flashed off again (green to red).
In desperation, I upgraded to the latest Plex server version - 1.4.3.3433, but it didn't help at all.
I've attached server logs - would be grateful for any help possible - Dad relies on the remote access
