Hi. I've had a plex server running for a few years now. In general, it's been perfect and the only time I've lost external access is when my IP has changed. Now, however, remote access is solid off. If I "retry", it turns on for maybe 1 second and then goes off again. I've restarted my router, internet access is fine, and the port forward is mapped. I've tried with the manual port mapping on and off--I keep getting the same response.
