Plex Server Hanging Multiple Times a Day

Hi there,
I am having some issues with my Plex Server. At least once a day I have to force the server software to relaunch. On some occasions the server is showing the process is fine, other times the server process is unresponsive.
The computer is a MacPro Mid2010 running macOS 10.12.3 running a striped SSD RAID and the media is running off a ZFS Dataset. Plex Server is version 1.5.0.3501
