Huge Movie Metadata failure issue...

I really would appreciate hearing from a PLEX STAFF (TECH) about the metadata downloading issues I am experiencing.
TV side , no problem, working fine.
Movie side? I have around 6000 titles most of which are missing metadata, no descriptions, no graphics (posters, etc).
Yes, I have the very latest version of Plex server as of Version 1.4.2.3400
Yes, ALL the movies and folders follow the specific plex naming structure.
Yes, I have already tried doing the usual Plex database cleanup, dumping trash, refreshing the library.
Yes, I have already completely deleted the Plex installation down to the very last bit and reinstalled.
When I try to update the metadata with manual matching, it can take up to 10 minutes before search results even show up and even after selecting the obvious correct choice the metadata never shows up, even though it might display the message indicating it is downloading the metadata or updating the entry.
All of this seemed to develop after an update in January. I used to get metadata updates for movies quickly. But now this has been become virtually useless on the movie side. Again... TV side... no issues whatsoever.
