Over the last week, I've been having an intermittent issue where when I, or any of my shared users try to access my PMS the Remote Access portion fails and the server shows as unavailable. I'll check the Remote Access setting on my server and it's in an error state.
I'll be fine in my home, obviously, but even if I disable WiFi on my phone (sitting in the house) and hit the server from the Cellular Data connection it shows the same issue. Again, this is intermittent, and sometimes it works with no issue.
When I go into the Server settings I see:
Private 192.168.1.XXX : 32400 Public 100.17.345.234 : 18884 Internet (Error)
I'm running PMS on MAC OS X El Capitan on a Mac Mini, PMS server version 1.3.4.3285, Web Player version 2.13.0. I've made no changes outside of the upgrade it .3285 when it rolled out.
Happy to provide logs, more info to anyone willing to help me troubleshoot. I've restarted the MAC, restarted router, disabled/enabled remote access, assigned static IP, reinstalled PMS.
