Movie metadata agent issue

Hi
Since recently, my movies are not downloading the right metadata and sometimes not even getting matched.
There is no issue with the naming convention of the movies, since I took an old movie, unmatched and refreshed, and the meta data that I get is without the extras...
Would anyone be able to assist?
