I was using the most recent server 0.9.12.16.1509 and the friends that connect to my server outside of my LAN were not able to stream anymore. They can connect, see all the moves/show/etc. pick something and it would look like it was starting to play but never advance off of the first frame. The server was busy transcoding but it never got to the client. By reducing the quality on the clients to the lowest settings, some were able to get movies to play.
I rolled back the server to version 0.9.12.13.1464 and now everything is working fine again. I am able to stream over LTE to my iPhone using the latest client and 1080 unlimited quality.
Something has happened between 9.12.13 and 9.12.16.... I have not tried 9.12.15 so I don't know exactly where the regression occurred.
