Just got a Plex Pass. Apologies it's my first time on the forum so if this has been asked, please send the link to the response, I couldn't find it.
I just purchased a Plex Pass over the weekend. Was an avid user of Plex for years and years, and decided to pay back in thanks. Since purchasing, my PMS will no longer be found internally on my home network on any device that runs plex (samsung smart tv, iphones, ipads, etc.) and it also no longer can be found externally outside my home network. I haven't had an issue with Plex in years, and since I purchased a Plex Pass everything seems to have stopped working outside of the main build (PMP installed on Mac Mini, also running the PMS).
Please help!
