Downloaded some FLAC and MP3 files. I then reorganized my directory structure on my computer. Then went into Plex libraries and ensured I updated all library paths. Saw a popup on bottom of server screen stating it was transcoding, then got an update notice. Now, not only will music not play through my TV/AVR entertainment system, I can't even get the music to play by the normal double-click of a file on my computer. No error msg. from VLC player, no error messages at all. What the heck is going on? Also I am paying for Plex and find you can't call in for help. What is the purpose of paying if there is absolutely no support except for the people you are writing software for?
