How can we Start Plex as System Boot PRIOR to USER LOGINS (launchd)?

How can we Start Plex as System Boot PRIOR to USER LOGINS (launchd)??

How can we install Plex on OS X (Lion) so that it can be run on a headless system with NO USER GUI LOGIN?

It makes very little sense to me to require a user to be logged in to get Plex running...
