So, this started with the issue linked in this thread: https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/256053/cant-add-libraries-your-changes-could-not-be-saved#latest after doing some more digging, and reading threads I have realized that my plug in folder located at /Users/xxxxxx/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins/ is empty and contains nothing, after updates and reinstall. I am assuming this is part of the issue. From what I've read in some other posts, it was caused by Proxies and other things preventing the Server from contacting Plex. I am not running any VPN or proxy though. This problem just started after uninstalling Plex and trying to reinstall it.
