Hey All,
I recently migrated my Plex setup to a new install and now I'm seeing some funkiness with remote access. Remote access works on my iPhone but not on my wife's phone or my family's devices (iPhone and Apple TV) at their house (on wifi or cellular). To add to the weirdness, my wife's phone, when using my phone's cellular connection as a hotspot can connect and stream without issue. Otherwise, my wife's phone will see all the content but will just endlessly spin when attempting to play back.
I've tried allowing UPnP to work or setting a manual port (both show the server as reachable within the web interface) and the various port checking websites
Here's the details:
PMS Version: 1.3.3.3148
OS: macOS 10.12.2
Devices: iPhone 7's with latest Plex app and Apple TV 4th Gen with latest Plex app
I'm also including (once I can get the attachment working) a sample of both the working log and the not working remote log (both my wife's phone).
