Plexpass - three servers ?

I have three machines, two Macs (Sierra 10.12.2) and a Linux (Mint) box.
I have Plex server installed on all three machines. I spread my video library between the three machines because that old thing about putting all your eggs in one basket. I lost a drive a few years ago and a whole lot of stuff vaporized including my kids graduation photos, pet photos from four footed loved ones that have passed away and of course a huge chunk of my video library. So now I spread stuff out in the hopes of losing ~less~ when the inevitable happens, again.

I'm thinking of buying plexpass because I have a Silicondust dual tuner HDTV receiver, I've been recording local OTA stuff for years with Elgato EyeTV but it's a massive pain to then view said recordings on any of my home streaming devices as Plex currently doesn't work with the tuner. I like to time shift the news and all the dorky B stuff from our local CometTV station and PBS kids stuff for my youngest grandchildren.

Because of having my stuff spread across three machines, I have to switch servers depending on what I want to watch but that's not a big deal at all. I have several Roku's and an Apple TV through out the house so I can watch what I want in any room.

As for external access I have ZERO need for that and I refuse to enable that option, ever. It's a feature that I consider to be useless and a massive security risk, I will never enable it. I have no need to share my stuff with anyone else and I sure don't care about watching it outside of my house. I can wait till I get home.

Another feature I want is the ability to enable parental controls on my content. I don't want my grandchildren watching my Breaking Bad, GoT and Walking Dead library but I do want them to be able to watch my Doctor Who library and other kid & family friendly shows.
Especially my granddaughter, I don't want her to even be aware that there's anything above a pure G / Y rating. I want everything outside of a G / Y rating to be totally hidden from her so that it doesn't even show up when she's browsing for things to watch. I want her to have her own little account that's just ultra clean, ultra innocent G rated PBS kids type stuff. The world is an awful, awful place and she doesn't need to know how awful it is just yet. Furthermore I want to segregate content for the grandkids onto the Linux machine so they can't get to the grown up stuff at all.

I have the one account for myself but I want to set up accounts for my grandkids (to be used only within my own home)
I have one grandson that's 15 so he can watch things that aren't R / MA
Another one that is 6 so he needs to G / Y7 content.
My granddaughter is 4 so she needs only see G / Y but her baby brother is still to young to watch TV so I won't worry about him for a few years yet. He can stay under the G / Y PBS Kids umbrella of his big sister for the foreseeable future.

So what it boils down to is this, IF I subscribe to plexpass, does it apply to ALL of my servers and devices equally?
On each of the three servers I log in with one ID/account. Even though the three machines are physically separate systems they are all on my internal, home lan I can access any one of them from anywhere in the house on my various Roku's or my AppleTV (or iPhone & tablets). I guess what I'm trying to figure out is if the plexpass is user/account specific or server specific? Does the plexpass cover all my systems or just one?

Thanks
