This is pretty common in my music library: Plex for some reasons puts a bunch of slashes in my metadata. There is nothing in the metadata of the file or the folder structure I know of that would cause this--the artist tag for this album is just "SPK"--no spaces, nothing weird.
I have Plex Pass with all the fancy extra stuff for music turned on.
