EDIT (don't see how to delete this thread...): I have decided to delete it all and start from scratch.

I was having issues deleting movies from the library (which would say unavailable) that I had long since deleted from my drive and today I decided just to move them completely to new folders and start new libraries. The new libraries (TV2 & Movies2) seem to be working well but the old libraries are completely jacked up. I am now unable to delete them at all. They are still full of all the movies that were there before, including the non-existant ones, and they all have a yellow trash can on them. I assume that means the trash needs to be emptied. I have empty trash after a scan enabled, so that shouldn't be necessary, but I try manually anyway and get an error. Optimizing also fails. Cleaning bundles seems to succeed but doesn't help the problem.
(I wasn't having problems with my TV library but ended up creating a new one anyway since I was moving all the files to a new location on my drive. As with the original movies library I cannot delete it)
Any ideas? Am I going to have to trash all the Plex files and start again? That would be a whole lot of thumbnails to generate again....
