Plex won't play video media files.

Hello Plex People! I have a slight problem with a MacBook that I am using for a Plex Server.

I have two (2) of the exact same MacBook's and have Plex installed on both machines. One will play every media file I have and steam to my iPad Pro, iPhone 7, Xbox One S, Samsung Smart UHDTV, etc. The second will not play any media on itself or streaming to any device.

I have examined the specs on each MB and the only difference is one has a 250G SSD (Plex works on this one) and the other has a 750G HDD (Plex not working). The version of Plex server on each MB is the same (Version 1.3.0.3059-6277334). They are both on the same network (Gigabit Wired). Both are accessing the same WD My Cloud EX4100 shares. I can play the media files directly from the NAS to the MB using VLC without problems, so that leaves only Plex or something system specific.

I have checked the setting on each Plex Server install and they are reflecting the exact same settings. Is there something that I am missing? Any suggestions or comments are welcome.

Update

I have examined the networking on both MacBooks and one is able to see my roommates Windows PC, where the other is not able to see Windows systems, only the other MacBook and my NAS. Maybe this has something to do with the problem. I kinda doubt it as Plex should be allowing any connecting device to stream media, as long as the media is accessible from the server and a clear connection to internet access is available.

PLEASE HELP!!
