Fully Accessible but server is unauthorized/unreachable

Apologies if this has been asked before but can't find someone with same set-up as mine having these issues:

I have 2 routers: Technicolor 7200 provided by my ISP with a Netgear WNDR3400 attached, as the Technicolor router has poor wifi signal.

IP addresses as follows:
Technicolor 192.168.0.1
Netgear 192.168.0.22
My Macbook Pro 192.168.1.201 (static IP - connected on wifi to Netgear router)

I've opened port 32400 on Technicolor for IP address 192.168.0.22 and I've also opened port 32400 on Netgear router for IP address 192.168.1.201 which is static. I checked that port 32400 is open on the public IP at canyouseeme.org

UPnP is off on both routers

Remote access displays green tick and says Fully Accessible Outside Your Network with private and public IP addresses green.

There is also another Plex server on another computer on my network attached via ethernet to the Technicolor router with static IP address.

When accessing Plex remotely on a Roku it can find the other Plex server but cannot find the PMS on my macbook pro - it's listed as Unreachable. Same issue when I check on my iPhone - my server is marked as Unauthorized.

Log files attached. Any idea why this doesn't work? I have deleted and re-downloaded Plex on my computer to no avail.
