Just updated earlier and some files that used to play just fine now throw a "loading failed" error on PMP. Will not play on iOS or Plex Web either, so it's not the PMP client.
Here's a few lines from the Plex Media Server.log at the time it fails:

Nov 23, 2016 23:58:05.163 [0x70000c304000] DEBUG - Completed: [192.168.100.13:62074] 400 GET /video/:/transcode/universal/decision?Not sure what is up with it. Plays fine in VLC and it played fine before...not sure what version I was on when it broke, but I've experienced this with multiple files just this evening.
