Ever since an update about almost 3 months ago, every person that accesses my server is transcoding every video file. How can I make it stop? It freezes Plex media server and then i have to restart my entire mac in order to get it running again and it happens EVERY TIME someone transcodes. Im not sure what the issue is or why it keeps transcoding for everyone. Most of my media files are MKV files, and I know for a fact this didn't used to happen before. The majority of devices were supporting MKVs so they would use direct play. Now suddenly every device i've tested seems to transcode. I just don't get it.
