MacMini 2012 as PMS let's talk temperatures.

The patient is MacMini 2012 with Intel i7 3615QM,
Back in 2012 when the unit was brand new, temperatures were around 75° ish idle and up to 95°+ in full load. But since system was more off then on I wasn't really looking into it anymore.
Two years later while upgrading to two drives and some RAM, I've dusted off the unit and started paying closer attention to temps.
I've found MacsFanControl (seems to be quite popular). Exhaust is sensor based CPU Core 1, idle was around 65° and full load again 95°.
For last year Mini runs PMS, few additional apps so it has less time to be idle. During some heavy lifting last few days temps were above 100°. So yesterday I went full teardown, dusted off 3 kilos of crap, replaced old thermal crap with Arctic Silver and... I'm disappointed.
I can get CPU to 60° in idle. I've tried to increase fan to 5500 rpm and temperature will drop to 55° and that's it.
During full load I'm reaching 93°ish. It's better but I was expecting more. Reading different forums many people are complaining about this particular CPU overheating or MacMini thermal design being, oh well for lack of better words, being Apple.
Ambient temperature is around 23-25°.
Anyway wall of text is my experience with temperatures. Anyone cares to share?
