Conflict On Network

I have been using Plex for a few years now. Recently the server has been conflicting with SOME (Not all the different models) IP security cameras on my network. This sounded crazy to me, but I can reproduce this 100% of the time. When ever I start Plex server, my cameras will no longer communicate with me security camera server. Plex and the security cam server are 2 different computers on the same wired network. Plex and the Plex Server are installed on the same computer, with all the shows / movies stored on a NAS (Wester Digital if it makes any difference).

I downloaded XBMC to see if that did the same thing, and it does not.

This is new. I would say in the last 2 versions of Plex server. It took me a while to figure out what was causing the problem.

I would LOVE to continue to use Plex, but if I have to choose between my security cameras and Plex, the cameras are going to win.

Any help would be GREAT!
