Plex Media Server not updating from 1.1.0.2611

Hi,

I'm running Plex Media Server on OSX 10.11.6 and am trying to update through the Plex Pass Channel. Whenever I try to go from 1.1.0.2611 to 1.2.2.2857 by hitting download and then install it just shuts down the media server and doesn't start back up again. When I try to start it back up it is still on version 1.1.0.2611.

What can I do to get updates working again?
