myPlex won't connect to server while VyprVPN runs

First of all, I'm running VyprVPN. (I think this is going to be a problem.)

So I've set up my IP address to a stable DHCP setting, and it checks out okay. Then I set port forwarding to 32400. But myPlex still can't see it, and says Server is mapped to port 32400 (209.99.57.251), NOT to my DHCP internal address. What does this mean?

Where is Plex getting that 209.99.57.251 ?

Ultimately got no assistance on this from Plex chat room.

Help, anyone?
