Plex hates Mystery Science Theater 3000

I have every episode of MST3K. They are placed in a file called Mystery Science Theater 3000. Inside that folder each season is broken down as Season 1, Season 2, etc. Each episode is listed as S01E01, S01E02, etc. Yet, Plex refuses to see these shows. Anyone have any reason why this may be?

Also, while I have you here, what about shows that are "Specials" or don't have a particular episode number, how can I add these (can even be a separate folder), so that I can view them through Plex.
