PMS Remote access when ISP Configured Router with multiple Static External IP addresses

I have a static ADSL account from my ISP. They have locked down the router so I can make no changes, I have assigned to me 5 additional external static IP addresses. The set up works as follows:

EXTIP0 The IP all machines see as the external IP. No ports are forwarded. All traffic routed via this IP except for the following.

EXTIP1 routed to INTIP1 ALL ports forwarded
EXTIP2 routed to INTIP2 ALL ports forwarded
EXTIP3 routed to INTIP3 ALL ports forwarded
EXTIP4 routed to INTIP4 ALL ports forwarded
EXTIP5 routed to INTIP5 Specific ports forwarded.

So a server on the LOCAL network with a STATIC IP of INTIP1 is accessible from outside the network with EXTIP1 all ports are open. It is assumed a firewall handles blocking. This being true for EXTIP2, EXTIP3 and EXTIP4.

I have a web and mail server running successfully on INTIP1 with internet domains pointing to EXTIP1.

I have a PMS server running on INTIP4 but have no way of telling Plex that the external IP to use Is infact EXTIP4 when it thinks it's EXTIP0 the External IP of the router. Anyway around this so I can access the server remotely? I can set a manual Port but not a manual STATIC IP address. I realise this is somewhat unusual.
